Service Description
Here’s your chance to team up with friends or your gourmet club for a night of laughter, learning, and serious flavor. This unique class allows up to four couples (8 total guests) to go in together and purchase a private cooking experience, where you’ll choose one of Theo’s signature gourmet dishes to master—along with one of his Austrian-inspired desserts. Each couple receives a copy of Theo’s Bistro Cookbook to take home, and together we’ll bring your selected dish to life, step by step, so you leave with the skills (and confidence!) to recreate it in your own kitchen. Choose from a mouthwatering menu of the bistro favorites: Fiaker Gulasch with Semmel Knoedel (bread dumplings) Bistro Schnitzel with roasted pumpkin-seed oil potato salad Grilled Rack of Lamb with raisin-minted couscous and veggie mélange Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Madeira-mustard cream Chicken Ripeino wrapped in Nueske’s bacon and stuffed with cheeses Steak Alforno with gorgonzola, garlic, and breadcrumb crust Glazed Duck Breast with wild berry sauce Prime New York Strip Steak with three peppercorn cream Broiled South African Coldwater Lobster Tails with remoulade & beurre blanc Dessert options: Hot-peppered strawberries Palatschinken (Austrian-style crepes) Mohr im Hemd (Austrian chocolate pudding with strawberry coulis) Gather your people, pick your plate, and get ready for an unforgettable evening that blends great food with fun, confidence-building instruction—and plenty of Door County charm. Cancellation Policy
📅 Payment & Booking Full payment is required at time of booking to reserve your private class. This ensures we’re ready with ingredients, cookbooks, and your custom experience. 🔄 Cancellation & Refunds Cancel 7+ days before your class for a full refund. Cancel 5 days before your class for a 50% refund or a one-time date change (based on availability). Cancellations made within 5 days are non-refundable due to prep and planning. 👫 Group Size The class is designed for up to 8 people. You’re welcome to book with fewer, but the price stays the same to hold the date and chef time. 🥕 Allergies & Requests Let us know of any allergies or dietary needs when booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate and make it special. 📍 Location All classes are held at The Hidden Kitchen in Juddville, Door County. Arrival details and directions will be included in your confirmation email.
