Cook the Book:
A Year of Cooking & Friends

The Last Thursday of Each Month (via Zoom)

What is it?

Cook the Book is a relaxed, technique-driven cooking class designed to help you confidently recreate Chef Theo’s beloved bistro dishes at home.

Each month, we focus on one signature recipe while learning practical techniques inspired by Peggy’s training at Le Cordon Bleu.

Think of it as a fun, approachable way to expand your kitchen skills, try something new, and enjoy the experience of cooking alongside others.

Along the way, you may just find that great meals naturally bring great conversation and connection.

A portion of proceeds supports local efforts to reduce food insecurity in Door County.

What does it include?

  • Live Virtual Cooking Class

  • Recipes from Theo’s American Bistro Cookbook

  • Shopping list & wine pairing suggestions

  • Step-by-step instruction with Chef Theo

  • Live Q&A throughout class so you can ask questions, get tips, and deepen your cooking skills
