A Place with a Past and a Purpose
Peggy first heard about Theo through the buzz around his legendary dishes at Theo’s American Bistro—a beloved local spot known for its European comfort food with a chef’s touch. After the bistro closed, she kept hearing, *“You’ve got to meet Theo.” So she tracked him down (okay, maybe gently stalked him), and convinced him to do a private cooking class for a group of friends.
One class turned into two... then into a weekly rhythm. And before long, Peggy knew: this was the teacher she’d been looking for.
What started in Theo’s home kitchen led Peggy to pursue her own culinary education—eventually enrolling at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris for basic cuisine. But even while learning abroad, nothing compared to the joy of cooking shoulder-to-shoulder in a real kitchen with a mentor like Theo.
