With Cook the Book, you’ll learn to make the signature dishes that once defined Theo’s American Bistro—voted Best in Door County and celebrated for its refined yet comforting flavors. Chef Theo teaches live each class, sharing professional techniques and stories behind the recipes that made his bistro a local legend. This month, we’ll prepare Glazed Duck Breast with Wild Berry Coulis—a festive, elegant, and surprisingly approachable dish perfect for your holiday table. And because it’s the season of giving, this month’s Community Card focuses on generosity. Every participant receives a free guest pass—a chance to invite someone to cook alongside you (virtually or in person) and share the joy of good food and connection.
